ABOUT THIS JOB


We value your skills and expertise, so we're offering a competitive wage of $45.00 - $52.00/hour, depending on experience. In addition to continuing education reimbursement, this position receives great benefits, such as:

As a Journeyman Lineman, you have a 4/10 schedule. You're responsible for servicing and repairing electric systems such as substations, power distribution systems, and overhead and underground power lines. You perform routine maintenance and skillfully troubleshoot problems, ensuring our customers enjoy uninterrupted electrical service.

REQUIREMENTS


Here are the minimum criteria:



  • Current journeyman card

  • 4+ years of lineman experience


These preferred qualifications will give you a leg up:



  • 4+ years of experience with electricity, power distribution, and substation maintenance

  • Experience as a heavy equipment operator

  • Experience in an industry like oil, gas, or mining

  • Valid Class A CDL

  • OSHA 10, MSHA, SafeLand, or CPR certifications

  • Ability to work from heights and in all weather conditions
