Inc. of Midland, TX., is looking to hire full-time Powerline Crews (Line Foreman, Lineman A, Lineman B, Line Operator, Groundman)to complete quality installations, maintenance, and repairs in industrial settings while adhering to current codes and safety standards. Apprentice Lineman can enroll in our apprenticeship program and receive training toward a Journeyman license. As a Powerline Crew, you will earn a competitive wage: Line Foreman $46-54 per hour, Lineman A&B $36-46 per hour, Operators $30-36 per hour and Groundman $25-30 per hour (all pay depending on experience). This position requires travel, and qualified applicants will be eligible for per diem. You will also be eligible for benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off (PTO). QUALIFICATIONS
- Journeyman Lineman License, or applicable line experience
- Experience in a linework environment
- A class A CDL is required for all positions
- A strong work history
- Willingness to travel
