Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Groundman / Cement Handling Operator. This role is critical to daily plant operations and requires strong mechanical ability and attention to detail.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Unload pneumatic tankers (cement, fly ash) safely and efficiently
• Monitor and maintain powder systems, silos, and related equipment
• Perform routine inspections and basic mechanical plant maintenance
• Assist with plant operations, cleanup, and general labor duties
• Identify and report equipment issues to prevent downtime
• Follow all safety procedures and plant protocols

Qualifications & Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude required (hands-on experience preferred)
• Experience unloading pneumatic tankers strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable with strong work ethic and team mindset
