What You'll Be Doing
Assist with the setup, operation, and clean-up of asphalt paving and plant equipment
Monitor material flow and support efficient plant operations
Perform general labor duties such as shoveling, sweeping, and site maintenance
Follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety excellence
Support other team members and adapt to varied job responsibilities as needed
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to work safely in physically demanding outdoor environments
Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented operation
Reliable communication skills and a proactive work ethic
Comfort with using hand tools, heavy equipment, or machinery under guidance
Flexibility to work variable hours including nights, weekends, and overtime when required
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
